    BIBS Family Support Worker

    We are currently recruiting for a new BIBS Family Support Worker. This is a 16 hours per week (over 5 days) role whose primary purpose is to help provide emotional support for families of babies admitted into neonatal care and to ensure opportunities for peer support following a baby’s discharge from hospital.

    Employed directly by our charity, the role is a crucial member of both the NHS Buscot and BIBS charity teams. As a parent-led charity, priority will be given to applicants with lived experience of neonatal care, though we are open to applications from other relevant backgrounds and professional experience.
