Gift Aid is a UK government scheme enabling UK taxpayers to obtain tax relief for donations to registered charities such as BIBS. With your permission we can claim back tax you have paid at the basic rate on your donations. Gift Aid means that the valuable contribution you have made can be worth even more to us.
In order for us to be able to claim back this tax each donor must complete a declaration. To download HMRC Gift Aid forms just click here.
Alternatively you can use Justgiving to manage your donations, and Justgiving will do all the hard work to ensure your Gift Aid is reclaimed. For single donations simply visit our Justgiving site at http://www.justgiving.com/bibsbabies, alternatively for more information on how to use Justgiving (including setting up your own Justgiving page) visit our JustGiving information page.
It is also worth noting that if you are a higher rate taxpayer you may also be able to claim relief for the additional tax you have paid over the basic rate amount we have claimed back.
